I have had my amazing girl, Trigger, for 10 incredible years, years that I measure by such things as "oh Trigger was 2 when I left Florida" or " Trigger was 4 when we began volunteering at the hospital and foster care home" or "Cutter (my other loveable mutt) was 2 when I got Trigger". She has added so much love and warmth and delilght and fun to my life. I encourage everyone to experience life with this breed.

Your RR's are beautiful. I hope to one day be able to own a dog from one of the original African lines. Thank you for all you have done to establish this breed that has changed my life for the better.

I would just like to say that we have been lovers of the Wonderful Ridgeback for years.
We had these dogs years ago in Rhodesia and what a pleasure they are to own.
You have a sense of security around these dogs.
My 2 children grew up from babies with them and they protected them and also loved them, just like the love we gave back to them.
We have moved on over the years and now breed Spaniels of which we have 2 South African Champions.
We have Roans & Solid.
I came across your website whilst looking up the championship shows for Kwazulu Natal and just had to sign in your visitors book.
Your website is really stunning and if one day I could own another Ridgeback I certainly would.

Congratulations to you all on your success you have had with your most wonderful breed (The Rhodesian Ridgeback) I hope you continue for many more years to come in the future.

Best regards,
Susan Murray(UK) thumbup

Lovely web site, and oh, my, the dogs are breathtaking! One of my current students, Susanne Persterfield, has been telling me for ages she wants one of your dogs. I'm teaching her to train her first RR. Now I understand why she's wants one of "yours". She's determined to show in conformation and obedience, and will do well with both! She's the most dedicated owner I've ever had the pleasure to mentor, and I marvel at her enthusiasm, which hasn't diminished at all. Her current RR is a rescue who is a joy to work with, now that we've dealt with some insecurities she had due to the time in the shelter. Susanne would be an excellent owner, and I do hope you'll consider her for a pup. Again, I feel it was a joy seeing pictures of your dogs! Nancy H. Miller

Proud owners of Schaka (aka Heronhill's Lebtaba) 11 years old and still going strong. Fantastic to stumble on this site and find visual references to her past blood line (Glenaholm Omri and back) Amazing to see the photos with such a strong resemblance and to see her relatives across the ocean. I must say this is a fantastic blood line with great temperament and personality. We shall most certainly seek a strong Glenaholm for all of our Ridgebacks from now on.
Thanks

Such beautiful Ridgebacks you have! I don't have the pleasure of having a companion such as a Ridgeback, but I've dreamt of having one for years! I think I know where I'll look when I'm ready! Cheers, Derek

Dear Laurie,
more than one year we search for a Ridgeback and during this time i often visit your site. My wish was a Dog like the Glenaholm-Dogs because I like this type very much - just the right type of an RR! Since September this year we are proudly owners of our Kajumba Jalia. Her Grandmother is Glenaholm Jolly Jinx (named "Juba" living at the JeYapha-Kennel). I hope, that i can visit your great Country (and maybe your Kennel) in a few years...
Till than i wish you a great Life with all your great Ridgebacks!
Best wishes
Sigrid with Sascha, Jan & Jalia
